Promotions for Drivers/Carriers

NEW CARRIERS: If you haven’t yet completed a transaction on the Find Shippers marketplace, Find Shippers will automatically waive the 7.9% match fee for your first match!

Important: The promotional period begins March 25, 2005 and may end at any time without prior notice, at the discretion of Find Shippers . For carriers who have not yet completed a match, Find Shippers will automatically waive the 7.9% match fee (up to $100 in waived match fees) on the first match resulting from a bid placed during the promotional period. If the normal fees from this first match are greater than $100, the member will only be responsible for the fees greater than $100 on this match. If multiple bids are placed duing the promotional period, the fee, up to $100, will be waived for the first bid that is accepted by a shipper, regardless of when the bids were placed. Although the bid must be placed during the promotional period, the shipper may accept the bid at any time. To qualify for the waived fee, the bid must be placed by a Find Shippers member who has not completed a transaction as a driver on the Find Shippers website at any previous time and only one match fee per Find Shippers member account will be waived. The delivery of the shipment must be completed by the driver and the driver must not receive a negative feedback from the shipper. Receiving positive, neutral, or no feedback from the shipper will not disqualify a driver from the waived fee promotion. Additionally, feedback must be left for the shipper (by the driver/carrier) before the match fee will be waived. If a match is made on the Find Shippers website and the shipment is not actually delivered, the Find Shippers standard match retraction procedures will apply. If delivery of a matched shipment is not completed, through no fault of the shipper, the driver's match fee may not be waived. ALL SHIPPERS: Find Shippers is paying rebates, between $10 and $100 depending on match price, to all shippers (members who list shipments) for each shipment completed by a carrier that the shipper accepts on the Find Shippers site!

All rebates must be requested no later than 60 days after the date that the match occurs on the Find Shippers website. Requests for rebates received after 60 days from the date of the match will not be honored.

Steps to Claim your Rebate:

  1. After you complete the match on the Find Shippers marketplace, and your shipment is delivered, you must leave the carrier feedback to be eligible for the rebate.

  2. After you leave feedback, send Find Shippers a money request via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to be eligible for the rebate. If you do not have a PayPal account, Sign up for PayPal now! It's fast and free! If you do have a PayPal account, send a money request via PayPal to rebate@Find Shippers .com.

  3. In the PayPal money request, please provide the following information:

    In the Email Subject field enter: Find Shippers Rebate

    In the Notes field enter the following:
    Full Name
    Email Address
    Phone Number
    Address
    Your Find Shippers userID
    Your accepted Driver's Find Shippers userID
    Shipment Listing Title
    Accepted Bid Amount


  4. If you list more than one shipment and have more than one match during the promotional period, each request for rebate must be submitted separately.

  5. Please allow Find Shippers up to 30 days to process this request.

Important: The promotional period begins March 25, 2005 and may end at any time without prior notice, at the discretion of Find Shippers . Find Shippers will send a PayPal payment (of either $10, $25, $50, or $100 dollars based on the match price - see above table) to any Find Shippers member who lists a shipment during the promotional period, accepts a bid placed on that shipment, has their shipment delivered by a Find Shippers carrier, pays the selected carrier the agreed upon bid price, and leaves feedback for the carrier.

The accepted bid must be at a minimum of $100. Although the shipment must be listed during the promotional period, the shipper may accept the bid by a driver at any time. The shipment must actually be physically delivered by the driver/carrier selected by the shipper and the shipper must leave feedback for the driver before a rebate will be processed. To receive a rebate, a completed rebate request must be sent by the shipper to Find Shippers within 30 days after the delivery of the shipment is complete. See below for the procedure to send a rebate request to Find Shippers . Following a fully completed rebate request by the shipper to Find Shippers , a payment of either $10, $25, $50, or $100 will be made from Find Shippers , Inc. to the shipper via PayPal within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to verification of the above qualifications and conditions.

If a shipper qualifies for more than one rebate during the promotional period, a separate rebate request must be completed for each shipment. This promotional payment to the shipper does not, in any way, decrease, waive, or change the agreed upon accepted bid amount that the shipper must directly pay the driver, nor the Find Shippers match fee of 7.9% which is charged to the driver.
